China will study the establishment of environmental taxes this year

Zhou Shengxian, head of the State Environmental Protection Administration, said in January 23rd that the inflection point should remain at least throughout the "11th Five-Year" period. He put forward several priorities this year: the study will establish environmental taxes, the "regional limit batch" will be legalized.
