The heat exchange area per unit volume is more than ten times larger than that of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger. In the case of the same amount of heat exchange, the weight is only 15-20% of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger. It can be used for heat exchange of various media (gas and gas, gas and oil, water and gas, water and oil) as well as phase change and phaseless condensation and evaporation. Because of its many advantages, it is currently being used by petrochemical, gas separation, and natural gas liquefaction equipment for aviation, shipbuilding, vehicle, and defense research departments.
