Housing rental can be the next outlet, currently only 6% of housing transactions

The day before the Ministry of housing and Urban Rural Construction issued "Regulations of housing rental and sales management (Draft)", put forward to encourage the signed 3 year lease contract; pay rent on a monthly basis; the number and range of rent adjustment is not agreed in the contract, the lessor shall not unilaterally raise the rent and other measures.
