Notice on obtaining the trademark digital certificate of the trademark agency

To implement the "national intellectual property strategy outline", and comprehensively promote the implementation of trademark strategy, the State Administration for industry, commerce, Trademark Office attaches great importance to and vigorously promote online applications for trademark registration. The "trademark digital certificate" has been submitted and the qualified trademark agency shall be examined and approved. The trademark digital certificate may be received as of the date of promulgation of this notice, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows
